Cancellations and Returns

For cancellations or returns please contact us sales@synergywines.co.uk. You have 14 days to change your mind and will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods ordered. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging and we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. If any item has been received damaged then please contact us on the details provided above.

Delivery

We will only deliver to UK mainland addresses. All goods will be despatched within 24 hours of payment, sent by a recorded means of mail. Allow up to 4 working days for delivery.

We deliver to addresses within the UK only. Export orders can be discussed at sales@synergywines.co.uk.
